  I thought I'd take a chance and go with a privately owned frame shop as opposed to Hobby Lobby, Michael's, etc. So I had four pictures I needed framed because they were custom sized. The biggest was like 10"X12". So I spoke with the owner who went on and on about how big chain stores charge for every little thing, blah, blah, blah. He asked me what my budget was and I told him right around $50- $60. So we start going through frames that were supposedly within my budget and matting. After nearly two hours of going back and forth, he writes down a price of $199.00. So I'm good with that, until I hand him the money and he said, "No, that's for each one". So I waited for him to say he was joking which never happened. I was shocked that he wanted $199.00 each and these were small pictures!! I basically told him there's no way I can afford those prices and reminded him of my budget price!! Anyway, he said I wouldn't find a better price for that quality anywhere else. Two days later, I'm in Hobby Lobby and quoted around $38 each. They came out very high quality and beautiful. Do your homework people before dealing with this place!

  Took a piece with great sentimental value, and Andy was extremely helpful and patient as I decided which direction to go with the matting and frame. Got the finished product back today and it exceeded expectations. Paid a couple bucks more than I would have going to a big, chain crafts store, but the superior quality and support to a local business absolutely made it worth it. Highly recommend this shop.

  I had a couple of pictures framed (excellent job) and a few months later broke the glass on one of them. They replaced the glass at no charge and were so nice and professional. Plus they did a great job with the frames and I didn't have to wait months. Nash is a great greeter - ask for a dog biscuit and he'll be your best friend!

  My 9 year old daughter needed a mat for a photograph that she was entering in a art show. We stopped by this local shop and the owner came out to help. He was very friendly and helpful! He made a mat out of scraps and didn't charge us. It really made my 9 year old smile. Thank you very much! We will most definitely recommend this place to our friends. Not to forget to mention Nash the cute dog that greeted us!

  I stopped in to see if a frame of high sentimental value could be repaired. Andy, the owner, immediately took it to the workroom and a few minutes later brought back my frame repaired with new glass. And he did not charge me! The shop is full of beautiful framing options. And as much as I appreciated Andy's professional, fast and friendly service I have to say be sure to visit with the real boss - Dash. That big, old dog is a charmer!
