  I had the pleasure of having fantastic results as an outcome of over a 18 or so months process to resolve tax liability due to my late wife's unfortunate missteps in handling our taxes. Once realized, I approached RFS and although a lengthy process, my Enrolled Agent, kept on top of it, notified me often and dealt with my high energy responses, and the lack of response from the IRS with decorum and professionalism every time. They did an outstanding job negotiating on my behalf with the IRS and I was relieved of liability rightly so, but you never know if it will be viewed properly or not. I am blessed that it was dealt with well, efficiently, and effectively.
