  All the reviews here are many by themselves. If you click each comment, writers wrote 5-10 reviews in a month? Clearly they hired or themselves wrote 5-stars review. Advertising DOT number is different from actual pickup truck DOT number. When I put the actual pickup truck DOT number on the website, different company name comes up. Late + $669 extra cost + Rude + Dirty: 1) They arrived 12 hours late for pick up. They did not answer and I had to call them more than 50 times, and they actually had 6 more jobs before me. I originally heard that their arrival was 9-11AM but left a voice mail 12 hours before their arrival, and they arrived 9PM. I had to pay extra hotel fee to drive 13 hours from MA to NC. I complained but they said it's not their business. 2) The pads for furnitures were too thick so that I had to pay 200ft² space more than I originally estimated (I was okay with 600ft² originally moved in 1 year ago. 2-1) In addition, they do not put the items in the truck efficiently and it became 200ft² extra. 2-2) I also had to pay extra for moving from elevator to my apartment. I talked to the supervisor Kevin that originally Phil told me that everything was included in the estimated price. Kevin told me that he did not witnessed the conversation and I have to pay extra $250. 2-3) They packed some furniture items in the box and charged for that $85. I signed for Pick up without that fee, but drop off included extra $85 fee, that I did not requested for. 3) Whenever I call them, they were annoyed by my phone call. 4) They did not assemble my furniture. 5) I could pay 30days within drop-off. But they forced me to pay right after they finish drop-off.

  These guys were some of the best movers we have ever had a chance to work with. They began to move on the top floor and slowly made their way downstairs. We will definitely work with these gentlemen again......

  They made my move out of a fourth floor walk-up apartment painless and pleasant. They were eager to help with all of my requests, worked quickly and diligently, and very well priced. Zero reservations recommending these guys!

  I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company and their team of movers are. If you need to move ANYTHING...call them. They moved our entire Corporate Office in 9 hours, which included moving some items to the new office location and some to our storage facility. They treated all of our items as if they were their own personal property. They were extremely cautious when moving all of our items into our new location to ensure no damage was done to any walls or our new concrete floors, especially when moving our extremely heavy fire-proof file cabinet. I will definitely use them in the future.

  Thus far our experience with Relocation Express has been quite discouraging. Oh they certainly did a magnificent job picking up the shipment. Abraham was very considerate and kind. However, since the pickup our experience has been confusing and frustrating. Our shipment is in Indianapolis supposedly and was due to be shipped however our shipment was evidently out of the drivers area so it was never loaded. We have since been unable to receive acceptable correspondence as to the disposition of our shipment. Too much confusion and extremely poor communication on behalf of the dispatch. Getting a return phone call from them is like pulling teeth with.
