I went in the store last week and Jen was a great help as usual. That was the third time there and each time I've been guided directly to everything that I need for the issue I'm having. The staff there has always treated me with respect and attentiveness. Also each time I have been there they have divided their time professionally between myself and other customers the best that they can. Everytime I go in there and see Jen, I walk out with everything I need feeling that I was listened to and my issues were acknowledged. I enjoy laughing and joking with the staff and the fact that they take the time to show me many different options not just one. I also enjoy the fact that I never feel rushed. Having back pain and neck pain can be a real fickle thing. So when you walk into a store not quite sure what you're looking for, or have a general idea but are not quite sure what to select, it's good to have somebody that has product knowledge and experience. Thank you Jen and staff. When it comes to getting products that actually work with staff that can guide you to them, this is place.

Jennifer was helpful and polite in my search for a zero gravity chair. Decent selection of all sorts of ergonomic chairs in the showroom. I managed to find metered street parking nearby and the store is clearly visible on the corner.

In a time where online shopping is taking over, you'd think that the people at a retail shop would be more eager to help you, a real live person. The lady greated us at least, and asked us what brings us in. I was in a lot of pain due to my back and I said "to relieve my pain," followed by a light chuckle. Maybe she only heard the chuckle, but she seemed rude from that point on. We looked at the various products, but I was having a hard time standing. Anytime I sat down, I felt like she was looking at me in a distasteful way. Shame on me for being in her store with back pain. My daughter sat in one of the nice massage chairs in the front after asking her mom if she thought it was ok. My daughter started trying the different functions and the lady came over to tell her not to have her shoes on, but in a rude tone, almost as if to say, don't sit on these chairs on display. She tried to cover up her rudeness by asking my daughter how she liked it, but it was extremely fake and obvious. The whole time we were there, she stayed behind the counter talking with another person that worked there, except after we looked at a section, she went to fix it, as if we had messed it all up, and when she went to tell my daughter to take her shoes off. We did take products off the shelves to look at them but we always put them back. Maybe she's not authorized to give advice on back issues, but it would have been nice if she had recommendations, or some kind of positive interaction, telling us about their best sellers, for example. The store was nice and clean, and there were a lot of things to try, but we just didn't feel comfortable the whole time we were there. Maybe 4:30 pm on a Saturday is a bad time to come? Next time we'll try the La Jolla location instead and avoid this location.
