  Finally decided to check out rejuvenatespany in the soundview are of the bronx. Great place very clean, friendly receptionist and staff. I decided to get Brazilian laser treatment, chemical peel, cavitation, back peel for now. Prices a bit high but they have a non interest payment plan which is great. Can't wait to see my results.

  I when to this place because my friend recommended and comparing to all other places in ny the price is reasonable for the services that they are offering , so I decided to give it a try . The firts thing that I noticed was the smell , it smell fresh and clean and is actually streeemly clean !!! Paola was the one who assisted me with my issue ( acne scars on my back ) , she is very professional and quiet , she focuses on what she’s doing ( I was the one talking to much 😂😂 ) she explained to me what was my best option and I agree with her . So I just have the treatment done today and I scheduled my next appointment in 2 weeks because from what I seem she did an excellent job and I’m going to have the results I always wanted. I’m going to keep you guys post it .

  Great ambiance, great workers reasonably price and comfortable. I got there hours before my appointment circumstances beyond my control but the assistant in a timely manner. Love this spa I'll be back.

  I went into this spa with plans on getting myself pampered every couple of months(becoming a longterm customer). I had schedule an appointment for two services to be done, a facial , and remove about 5 tags form my face) The day of the appointment I arrived about 6 minutes late. Due to this I was denied the second service(tags). Mind you there is a construction on the same street ,that blocks off the whole corner.The first service that was done ,was rushed through and not finished. these people are not professionals , and I feel sorry for myself for spending my money here. they also pay customers (applies to their bill) for a good google review , I saw the sign . also NOTICE how all the customers only have "good things say about this place , in what world!? please. Finally, while I was laying on the bed with my eyes closed a couple of employees kept coming in the room to look for stuff. I contacted the owner and she didn't seem concerned about my complain. I told her I was denied a service. she said it was basically because I got there a couple of minutes late. She instead asked me to schedule a second visit, she did not apologize at all.
