Went here for a training course. The building is convenient and has a good selection of food and drinks for breakfast and lunch.

Moderate to high prices, moderate to unsatisfactory food.

Nice offices, but beware a somewhat disorienting elevator situation the first time you visit the offices on the upper levels.

I cannot understand why someone would be so rude when asking for information. If this is how they do business -- it is no wonder that they have trouble leasing spots in their building. Called and spoke with the leasing office about a package that was delivered to the wrong address. The number in Google, was the only number that I had to call to start my investigative process. If I had dialed the wrong number, would it have killed the guy to politely give me the correct number to call? I called the first time and had our old suite number, I was told no one occupied this space. I called back with a different suite number to check to see who occupied the space. This time I was intentionally hung up on twice, sent to voice mail once, and then finally the same gentleman asked "HELLO?!" no "Bennett Davis, this _______how can I help you.?" Get real. I explained to him that I had just spoken to him and I had a new suite number. This time I was told he didn't know what I was talking about... "this is the leasing office"... yes... it is .... so shouldn't you have information on who leases specific suite numbers??? If not, a polite, "I am not sure, let me get you a number of someone that could help you..." would have been appreciated. Yes, I hung up on this jerk. Good luck Place St. Charles. I hope that revenue doesn't hinge on this guy selling your lease space. ... Shaking my head.....
