  I'm new to Memphis and I have to say that customer service skills lack greatly in this city. Being very hesitant on opening an account with a BANK verses a CREDIT UNION, which is usually my preference for a financial institution, I took a chance and entered your Frayser location. And after speaking with a rep I decided to give Regions bank a try! Elliot and David have superb customer service skills. THANKS
