  I was told this was a 55+ community which is not true. When I first moved in I got stuck behind the school Bus dropping all of the students off the mailbox. I spoke to one the parents and she told me that many family less than 55 of age with kids live here. This was VERY evident at the community pool. There was so many children with parents that LIVE HERE, there are vising they LIVE HERE . When I went inside the club house i wanted to go on the treadmill and what I saw was that all of the teenagers were using all the machines. When I asked one of them to use the treadmill He told me to "Go somewhere else old man". VERY disrespected and will now move to a REAL 55+ community.

  We really did Not need another PUD or Planned unit development in Wappinger Falls. There is enough already. We already have The Legends and many other Subdivisions in the town of Wappinger Falls, Why do we need more?
