  My nails were horrible. I went back to get them fixed and it was still all the way wrong. I asked the owner for my money back, but he said it was the best they could do. Horrible job and service. Don't waste your money!

  First of all when I walked in nobody spoke then a lady finally asked what I was having done. I sat down for my full set and the lady made two of my fingers bleed she didn't cover my nail with the acrylic completely and she tried to convince me that my nails looked good. She also didn't cover the nail with nail polish completely. They didn't have all the colors they advertised and when I changed my color she watered the polish down right in front of me.WASTE OF MONEY! Do not waste your time they are not professional and my nails look like I had an amateur do it and not a professional.

  They are very unprofessional. The nail tech told me ten mins and it took 1.5 hours( she continue to refill the pedicure water ). No discounts were offer for the inconvenience. Don't waster your time or money !

  Slowest service in the metroplex. Don't waste your time or money. Came in on the day of my baby shower at 10:15 (they are the only shop open early) they claim to open at 10. There were 2 people already here but only one tech. They didn't see me until 11:45 and that's only because I complained and went back and forth with the manager after he told me it would be another 30 minutes after my hour and a half wait! He had no sympathy and I was only here for a 10 minute polish change!! I HATE THIS PLACE AND ALL THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT. THEY DON'T HAVE ORDER OR CARE ABOUT ADVERTISING TO BE OPEN. I didn't make it to my baby shower on time
