::Up until 2006 when vendor at my job gave me a free ticket to Regal, I was strictly an AMC person. As member of Regal, love a lot about Gallery Place 14. The environment, variaty of food, the matinees itself. I've been to others theaters occasionally out of convenience, but # 14 will always be my main preference.

::Terrible customer service and I am currently trying to get a refund so I do not have to watch a movie in a place that makes me this extremely uncomfortable. I have been on hold for 33 minutes and counting without an update or estimated wait time. This staff at the theatre itself were rude and seem to go out of their way to make your movie going experience terrible. I wish i could give less than one star.

::This Regal has large theaters which are probably the most conducive to seeing bops. And the seats are the most comfortable you can find on this side of DC. Conveniently located on a popular metro stop, it is a great choice as it is easy to get in and out of with pre or (and?) post movie drinks.

::I've seen The Black Panther movie at this location twice. There's close, adequate and reasonably priced parking. The facility offers a variety of current movies; it's clean and comfortable. I was able to enjoy the movie in peace without the distractions of long wait lines, a cold theater or unwanted noises during the movie.

::Experience was a good one. Saw the new Star Wars in 3D and the reclining seats were very nice and comfy. The 3D was surprisingly well done, not overly distracting, but enhancing the movie when needed. Theater was clean and tidy and other moviegoers were respectful and quiet. I will say that I went to the 11:15 AM showing the day before New Year's Eve, so I may have had a better experience than many, but I also think the theater just does a good job of keeping up. All in all, I would certainly see another film here.
