  After much discussion, my wife and I decided to remodel our dated Victorian kitchen. Following online research, multiple in house consultations and estimates, I was surprised by the significant valuation deviations and the lack of insight concerning maximizing our space. I recognize with these old Victorians that there can be complex problems once you start tearing out the old, planning around electrical, but these valuation inconsistencies concerned us; subsequently, we put off our remodeling plans. A couple months passed; my wife was at a school fundraiser and explained our situation to a friendly couple. They recommended a construction company called Refresh and Build; we eventually contacted the firm and spoke with Sam. Once we explained our situation and vaguely what we were looking for, we set up an onsite consultation. Sam not only gave us a reasonable quote but the best advise on how to maximize our medium size kitchen in an artistic style while maintaining the Victorian’s integrity. The project moved along on schedule and within budget! We were so thrilled with the ease, pricing, and final product that we had them remodel our bathrooms. My wife is happy for now! ;) Highly recommended.

  I remodeled my bathroom with refresh and build. 1 - Very good price. 2 - Headach free: Sam the project manager made everything easy with permits and inspections. 3 - Best comunicator and allways on time. 4 - Best customer service. 5 - Will I hire again for my kitchen : Yes.
