  Randy and Tony did the best job I've ever had done on my car. Let me just give you a list of everything to help you: - Price. Don't bother to go to a dealer. They will rip you off from the cost of the parts to the cost of labor. Tony and Randy gave me a price that was 1/5th the price of the dealer. - Flexibility. I had a special work situation where I'm only here for a few days at a time and when I am here, I am on call. They bend over backwards to schedule me in the next day at 9 PM the night before! Now THAT is service! In addition, they even offered to take me to the airport if my car was still being worked on if I got called out. One minor thing that impressed me because I am very precise is that 0930 really meant 0930. They were there and ready to go exactly on time. It's a minor thing but a big deal when your time is limited. - Customer Service. Besides what I said under Price and Flexibility, they really impressed me when I told them that I wanted to replace my car's carpet. They didn't have the type of carpet in stock so they immediately contacted their supplier and arranged to pick up a carpet that is aesthetically the same, but was made for luxury cars 4 times the cost of my car! Of course, I didn't pay 4 times as much. They gave me a price that was well below anything I could find online and at a dealership. My car also had a couple of other minor problems that required a bit of expertise and tools to fix. The air conditioner source selector switch was broken and they repaired it at no additional cost, even though it was well past dinner time. Speaking of, they even shared some pizza with me at lunch time! I can't remember the last time ANYONE was ever that nice to me while working on my car. - Quality. They let me watch all the work being done so I got to see it all in person. Caring about the customer started with something as simple as moving the car to a location where there would be no chance of opening the door of my car would hit another customer's car. Other exemplary services included: -- Carpet was measured perfectly and stencils were made before any cutting was made on the carpet. It's clear that these guys have been doing this for some time because it looked like they had a system for cutting the carpets precisely using lots of measurements. -- The original carpet had about 8 different holes for hooks to floormats and for other bolts used on the seats. Tony carefully measured the holes, stenciled them, and cut them precisely. I was expecting him to simply cut a slit in the carpet but he didn't. He spent about 15 minutes to carve out a perfectly sized metal bit that he attached to a drill to cut a perfectly round hole. This was totally professional. -- The design of the car is such that is has many complex angles. The original Toyota carpet was good but instead of form fitting continuous carpet, they made long slits that overlapped. While this works, eventually the carpet begins to split and opens up to the environment. Tony's version of the carpet was a definite improvement even to the mighty Toyota carpet. He did everything with one continous piece that had no cheap slits. He form fit and bonded the carpet at the rear such that it would never split at the angles. The end result was a perfectly form fit carpet that is actually BETTER than the OEM Toyota version. -- Also, the original carpet had leather floor pads on driver's side. Tony did an excellent job of taking the original leather pad from the old carpet and transposing it to the new one. This is definitely above and beyond what anyone else would do. -- Tools. They always used the right tool for the right job. If a 10mm metric socket was needed, he used a 10mm metric socket. No screws were stripped and no screws were left over when the work was done. I'm very picky about this kind of thing because I work on cars myself I can't stand what other places have done (stripping screws, shaving bolt heads by using english sockets instead of metric ones, and of course ending up with extra parts).
