  Spent over $1000 and still have an ant problem. get the monthly service. the guy who does the work is only interested in doing the least amount of work possible so he can move on. it takes him longer to write up the paperwork then he spends spraying the yard. he also spays the garden plants and causes brown spots. all in all VERY poor service. Try some other company.

  This is the worst and most frustrating company I have ever hired. 2 out of 4 8:00a.m. appointments, the inspector never showed or called, leaving my 2 tenants waiting for 2-1/2 hours and missing those hours of works. They never found where the rats were getting in the house and have no intention to. And rats are still in the walls and house. Under no circumstance hire this company. BIG MISTAKE.

  Multiple calls... promises to be called back... never called back. No one showed up for the monthly inspection. I called and asked to have someone come out for the inspection. I was given a five hour window for when the inspector would show up. That inspector didn’t show up either. The rep I originally met with said he would talk to someone but over a week later I’ve heard nothing. There are still rodents in my attic.

  DO NOT contract with them. We paid a lot of thousand dollars for clean up and exclusion and an overpriced monthly check as a warranty. When things got reinfested it was a mess. No one would come over to check and when seems like no one talks to each other in that company because they kept sending inspectors to figure out the same problem and then asking us who they sent. They are unprofessional, and absolutely disorganized.

  Dishonest and Ineffective! They told me it was $75 for 11 months of service and wrote it up as $75/month! Not worth it at either price! Coming once/month for a 7 min perimeter check won't stop the rats. They don't even go in the crawl space! They also said they'd seal up openings they noted and only did the ones on ground level even after I twice reminded them the work I paid for up front was unfinished! Just set the traps yourself. It's a daily chore but the only effective way to stop them.
