  Not the best area and its expensive but the service is amazing and if you need good work shoes it's the best.

  What a clown this "jack" guy is he told two people to leave the store while i was there because they asked about a discount and this jackass worker told them they had to have a UNION card?!!! Ive bought boots on glendale and across USA and never been asked that for a measly 10% off i was going to buy boots but after witnessing that with this jack worker i grabbed a card off the counter to call Nick the manager to report it but its the store # go figure Tomorrw im calling the regional manager of Arizona and corporate this nick mgr lets this go on plus he hired this idiot! Very very bad customer service guy was on his phone the whole time and didnt discount one penny?! I will never buy shoes there and tell all my coworkers not to nice goin nick you hired a jackass ruining your business lets see what corporate does about this complaint and your terrible service by the way Jack - this is a right to work state .... Not many union cards here get a clue

  Very kind and helpful as I looked at the heritage 1907’s and showed me the Irish Setter’s features in comparison.

  My wife and I have been shopping here for over 5 years and have had top notch service. The shoes, boots, and slippers are outstanding!
