  This is the only place I buy boots. They have durable work boots and stylish fashion boots. You get what you pay for when it comes to boots, don't be scared away by the prices. The boots are top notch.

  The best customer service I've had in a shoe store since I was a kid in the 80's. The representative there knew so much about the boots and put me on a machine to digitally measure my actual foot for a custom insert which makes so much difference now that I've been using them. Worth every penny. I told her a size 10 and she still made me step on one of the old school foot measuring tools just to confirm. A true professional. I work in construction so comfort on my feet all day is very important. I'm so pleased with my experience there I will definitely be back. Trust me, it's like a boot spa for men.

  This review will not take into account Red Wings' shoes themselves. If you're shopping at a Red Wings store, you probably already know this is a top-level shoe company using quality materials and exceptional techniques to create high-end work and casual boots. Instead, the five stars here is for the quality of the customer service offered. The sales associate that helped me today was incredibly thorough, collecting information about my work and feet before finding what I was looking for. Her knowledge of foot structure and footwear was expansive, relevant, and critically put together in not only my selection, but in how to take care of it any another boots in my collection. She could have upsold me to a more expensive boot, but she didn't. She could have taken less time and pointed me to a more universally used boot, but she didn't. She took the time and energy to find the right shoe for my foot, and it's that attention to detail and genuine care about the customer that earned all five stars in this review. Outstanding service.
