::Honestly, the worst experience I’ve ever had. It started okay. Great service. Then it came time for bed. I laid my daughter down and she complained the bed was wet. I smelt it, and yup, pee that was covered by new bedding. I then moved rooms next to a dog barking ALL NIGHT LONG. Not impressed. Do not stay here if you can help it.

::Room was clean and well prepared. I enjoyed the actual soap dispensers instead of bars. The most impressive point was the customer care from Dakota. The lobby was pretty busy compared to my usual hotel check ins however Dakota made sure everyone was taken care of in a timely manner and did so with great professionalism!

::I stay at the red roof inn in council bluffs quite often for work. The rooms are cozy and always clean everyday. Rates are very reasonable, with a great selection of rooms. Dakota at the front desk checks me in often. She’s always very sweet, smiling, fast, and does what she can to make your stay better. Her service makes you feel good about staying here.

::Earlier in the week, my car broke down on the way onto the expressway on I-29; after waiting for a tow for the second time in as many days I got a room here. The staff was fabulous; and very kind and understanding. Their hot breakfast was a god-send to help keep my budget padded out to return home. If you ever find yourself in need of lodging in Council Bluffs, I'd recommend the folks here first.

::We were in need of a room quick like. We had decided to stay a couple of extra nights in town and it was 3pm on a Friday. They fit us right in. This is the second time that they have taken care of us on a moments notice. The rooms are a little small but they make up for it by being one of the cleanest hotels i been in for a while. Staff is always friendly and its in the shopping area of town. Highly recommend.
