  What a charming The room smelled like stale urine (thankfully we had some room spray to make it smell like lavender and stale pee), the carpet looked gross and had two holes in it. The whole feel of the room was not, but at least the toilet paper was scented! The key cards kept malfunctioning as well and had to be replaced quite a few times. One positive was the water pressure was great. Every time I turned the faucet on water went everywhere. It was kind of funny. A serious plus is the people working here were all very kind.

  Front desk was very rude, he was lucky he was behind glass and counter, It was very strange he watched us get out of car and into room standing at window staring, it really made my 15 year old daughter feel uncomfortable when she went back to car to get something. I'm a disabled veteran with family and service dog. In my red roof profile, I request downstairs, and gentlemen wouldn't change. Told me it was better because of the dangerous area we are in. I added pictures of my room but you can't see the roaches because they ran when the lights came on and couldn't get camera fast enough. The walls are very thin and when someone in other rooms shower it was very loud in my room. To be honest, both red roof in memphis is horrible. I'm liable to close my account with red roof and go elsewhere where treated with some dignity and respect. Of I forgot the black mold in bathroom you can see in pictures

  This place is trash, id avoid it at all costs. Had to stay here in an emergency due to weather. The front desk is extremely rude and rented us a room with a broken washroom door. My dog got locked in and when I came to the front desk in a panic I was yelled at and given a screw driver and told to figure it out. Thanks for the worst experience ever. Never staying at a red roof inn again!

  This location is woefully FILTHY and in disrepair. The first room they gave me didn't have a weather strip (126), so i woke up to an army of ants marching on my trashcan, I also woke up to a roach on the nightstand. They moved me to another room 123, and the tv didnt work, nor did it have a desk in there. I wouldnt let my dog lodge at this place. Downright filthy.

  My friend stays there about 6 times a year and I visit him the room is always clean and a good size for the price. He is not an easy guy to keep happy but he always commends the hotel staff as being very polite and helpful. I will also add I have never seen bugs in there which is saying something since I've been there probably 30 times. You might see some people that look sketchy but most are just down on their luck I've never had a single issue in the parking lot.
