  It's amazing to find a place with amazing sales people that go above and beyond to get you what you need. We bought our vehicle through our good friend, Brad. Him along with the finance department were an absolute pleasure to give our business to. We will always come here to purchase a vehicle.   I ordered a new vehicle through Military Auto Source a few months ago and just picked it up this morning from Red McCombs Ford. Working with their Fleet Sales Specialist, Mr. Don Maple was an absolute pleasure. He is professional and truly cares of his customers. I had a few special requests and he was able to get everything taken care of for me. Customer Service was outstanding and the facilities were clean. I was also approached in the parking lot by another friendly gentlemen inquiring if I was being helped. I recommend Red McCombs!

  My family made two purchases from Red McCombs Ford in the past two weeks. Our Sales Associate, Mr. Bear, was outstanding. He listened to what we were looking for and helped place us in the perfect vehicles. There was no pressure, no hard tactics to buy. We contacted Mr. Bear, told him what we saw on the website, and asked him to have those vehicles, or similar one, available for us to look at. The whole experience was pleasant and enjoyable. Red McCombs Ford, and Mr. Bear, have won my family's business. The next time we are in the market for a new car we will be contacting them directly. Thank you and we love our new Fords!

  Originally purchased my vehicle from here in 2013 had a great experience with Jessie Garcia and would highly recommend him! HOWEVER, I am now trying to get a reimbursement on my GAP policy I purchased through this dealership, since I am no longer in that vehicle. I have been calling, emailing, and leaving multiple voicemails for Andy Dillon their finance director, as well as his associates, and now I went as far as the Direct Sales Manager... Who promised he would get this issue resolved. It's been since February, I have submitted my paperwork, no one can return my calls and at least point me in the right direction. Every call back I get is "I am so sorry you're going through this I will get someone to call you back with an update." And I get no call back (again since February)!! I am from out of town, but at this point I will gladly make a trip to San Antonio to get some answers. If you buy a vehicle from here, beware of their finance department!! My advice is to just go through your bank and not deal with them at all. My family has purchased their vehicles with this same dealership, but considering our troubles with their finance department and service department, we have decided to take our business elsewhere. EDIT: Its now 4/24/2018 and customer relations has not contacted me! Issue is still not resolved.

  I absolutely loved my experience here. Everyone was nice and pleasant to be around. Antonio M definitely out shined the rest of the group with his outstanding customer support and really made me feel like I was in good hands. I ended up walking away with the Jeep of my dreams and I have no one else but Antonio to thank! I can confidently say I am proud to be apart of the Red McCombs family.
