  My car was so dirty but they did a great job it looks like new now. The ritz is now my favorite wash

  I haven't had time to go to my favorite car wash lately so I decided to make a stop today at Red Lion Car Wash in Copiague during my work errands in the area. Not only did they charge me $21.75 for a basic wash, even though the line wasn't long, my car sat and waited a very long time and in the end they did a terrible job. My windows are dirty, foggy and streaky and the body had smudges and fog all over it. I will not be using this car wash again. Two thumbs down!! Update: When I got back from the wash I realized in the sunlight there were giant swirl scratches all over my hood, looks like something was caught in the rag when they were wiping and now I have giant swirls scratches all over my hood. I called to tell them as soon as i noticed and spoke to a woman I believe her name was Sylvia. I couldn't get a word in, she literally went straight into defense mode and completely denied that this could ever happen shutting me up at every attempt to speak. She did tell me to bring the car back and let them see but since my husband works in a body shop, I'm not even going to waste my time. I politely explained to her what happened and her reaction was absolutely not anything I care to waste my time on. I wish I could post pictures on my review so you could see what they did to my 2017 SUV.

  Excellent service and a friendly staff make coming here even more enjoyable. Sometimes a long wait but for a good reason. It's worth the wait

  Was really impressed by both the friendly staff and the attention to detail in cleaning. Prices are also reasonable. Was my first time there but definitely not the last. Good job guys! 👍🏼

  7/19/2017 update I had been going to this place for years and had given it a five star review in the past, but unfortunately, I can't say the same for the new owners. Since I go there often, I would always buy their prepaid car wash packs but today I was told that they will stop honoring them after this month. While I understand that I bought these from the earlier owners, I can't imagine that the new owners didn't know or assume the liabilities of the earlier owners. If they are not going to honor the terms of the prepaid services, they're essentially telling previous loyal customers that they don't want or need their business. Most of the people (washers) working there are the same and they still do a great job, but I don't see myself going back there. I've left my earlier review so folks can get a view.of how change of management or owners can make a place go from five stars to a single star. ------- One of the best car washes in the neighborhood. I've tried a few others, but these guys do the best job. I believe Bay Breeze is the best value for money., especially if you buy their 6 or 12 coupons
