::Quiet and safe. Parking. No homeless soliciting around the place, which is great, thwy tend to scare the little ones.

::it lacks better bbq stands, benches and hot and cold water/ showers for rinses and lighting further into the park itself. its nice for a day or so, but large parties ...might have problems due to surface space, benches and pits.

::We usually take our kids here on weekends and they enjoy the play area there. It's nice for conducting birthday parties too. There are no restrooms so I have reduced one star. Recently they have made the parking very nice.
