  This place is absolutely filthy! This is what a government building looks like! A old house that’s falling apart?! They watch you pull down your underwear and urine and even watch you when you wipe yourself to leave! The staff are very disrespectful and act as if they are better or superior. “Mandy” a Caucasian woman...is the rudest person there. They hardly have anywhere to park and most of the cars that are parked are for the staff. It doesn’t make sense to have that small of a parking lot when there is 20+ people that are trying to go in and test... If anyone knows how to contact corporate please do us the favor and let us all know.

  This facility is disgusting and VERY sinister, the gentlemen at the window stole my $15 i gave him for a ressubmission test, called for several weeks straight and they never let me speak to a manager , once i did she claimed they couldnt check the cameras because it was so long ago. The ceiling is falling apart at the entrance and staff is very ill mannered not to mention i was hit on by one of them. So nasty if someone can give me a number for corporate please do so

  Isn't the world's fastest place. But they've been getting better, I am in and out within 20 mins most of the time now but I go right before closing so they might just be doing that to get out quicker lol

  It's not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It does take a long time, so don't expect to be in and out. It's like someone expecting to spend 5 minutes at the DMV....it's not gonna happen! Sure the staff could be a bit more friendly and have giant smiles, but honestly that would creep me out considering their job. Just don't park in the parking lot across the street. They will tow your car!
