Just found this place as I’ve needed a cafe to do work in, and the Starbucks near by was much too crowded and loud. This place is calmer, cleaner, and quieter. It also has plenty of light and windows! There is no shortage of work space. The only downside is the cost - this large tea pictured (which is 1 tea bag and water) costs over $5. Typically simple coffees and teas (even in expensive cafes) are under $5, and the fancier/more complex drinks are pricier. Hence, the price is the reason for the 4 stars, not 5.

Delicious bakery and great spot for families. My baby daughter and I come here 3 mornings a week to people-watch and enjoy some delicious croissants. Natalie and the rest of the staff are so nice, they all know my daughter's name and make us feel so welcome.

Amazing desserts! The dark chocolate pistachio eclairs are mouthful of happiness , it’s the perfect amount of chocolate and I can enjoy every bite without that sick “I have too much sugar”feeling. The flavors are so good .

We are very glad that we‘ve found Recolte Bakery. We were not only surprised about that huge variety of bread and sweets but also that we get ‚real‘ and not too heavy or oversweeted sweets. We are happy that during our stay in NYC we can get all that wonderful bakery products every day.

Stopped in today to try this new local bakery. Modern decor, clean, and not crowded on a Sunday afternoon. I choose three baked goods and was delighted by all three. The croissant was perfection. Such a great addition, especially since Grand Daisy closed. To top it off, all of the staff were lovely, kind and warm.
