::I purchased their best system on the market for my semi back on the 4/11/2018 it was supposed to be shipped on the 12th two of the parts were on backorder so I requested that they ship everything that's not on backorder paid for 7 to 10 days shipping the label was created called on the 7th Day because all I could find what the label was created they said they haven't even shipped it yet so then they said that they would have it put it on a 3-day shipping now this is business days and they also said they had all the parts in including the ones on backorder that it would be at my house in 3 business days called on the third day because still only thing I see is a label has been created they still have not shipped it so I requested for a refund and I still have to wait 5 to 10 business days for that but they were able to take my money the same day I ordered it I'm a businessman I own 15 trucks their competitor may not have the 9 camera system but has just as good products for a lot less and they actually get it to you on time so therefore I will no longer do business with these people because they don't know how to treat their customers they like lying to you

::Bad customer service. Ordered a part online and received what was not as advertised. They claimed that it was not their fault because it's a universal part. I had to pay for shipping to get the right adapter for the car I used to search for the rear view camera. I hear they have a good product. Wouldn't know since I haven't had a chance to install yet. Warning! Do not use their website to order or you will get a generic adapter and have to pay shipping to return and get the right one. Or if you like to do the dance of RMA's with them, might as well order it and just hope you get the right part.

::No problems. This company is indeed a no problems company. I bought a dash cam from them and when I needed help installing it they were right there for me. Ask for James he is patient corteous and knows his stuff.

::Bought their product made specifically for my Nissan NV200 van. What an awful waste of money this has been. Nothing in the description of this system indicated that I would only be able to see my rear window. I thought I was buying a rear view camera system. It even replaced my rearview mirror. I can’t see two feet behind my van. It should be removed from your product line.
