  Have been transferring here for years. It happens that sometimes I forget how much was the last transaction and I ask the employee to check for me. For the second time she asked me to remember the amount as she has to log into a different system or "whatever is necessary". It only happens that both times there was nobody else waiting to be assisted after me. I believe I'm the customer at the moment being and as I'm not "delaying" anybody else why the complain? I just don't get it...
