  Let me start off with if I could leave less than one star, I would. If you expect water delivery from your water delivery service, this is not the company for you. Every delivery, they delay, they say for a day or two, but all told it ends up being a week late. Except for our last delivery, where we were told that the delivery truck ended up canceling it. No joke, they canceled the delivery. When he inquired, they offered the suggestion that perhaps the driver thought we didn't need water..... Speechless. Husband is on customer service right now canceling our services, and they are full of excuses and empty promises. DO NOT ORDER FROM READYREFRESH

  Good service WHEN they actually deliver. For the past few months they have repeatedly cancelled my delivery date and kept moving to later dates. What's the point of having a delivery service when I run out of water and I have to run to the store and lug my own 5 gallon water bottles around?! Will be using another service now.

  I should have listened to the numerous reviews claiming the unreliability of this service. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I was adamant about getting Poland Spring but I have reconsidered my options after this tumultuous relationship with Ready Refresh. Literally the worst company I have had the displeasure of receiving services from. Your order will be delivered on time maybe the first month or so to give you the illusion of effectiveness then BAM all of a sudden you are drinking sink water for three days while your delivery keeps getting pushed back. I have finally come to my senses and CANCELLED!

  I'm beyond fed up. Our order has been in since 2/20/18 for a delivery on 3/5/18 & guess what, still no water! We have had to go buy our own, multiple times, because it seems like our delivery will never come. Every single day it is pushes off til the next day. Upon calling customer service they keep taking money off and giving me credits, but I still have no water. We place a large order each month for our household, so this has now become a major problem. The last few months there have been minor delays but this is out of control. Poland Spring customer service says they can see it's coming tomorrow or it's a route issue, or it's due to demand. It's all a lie. They have a different person running the warehouse, who when you ask to call to give you an answer, doesn't call and tells his own set of lies to customer service. Just today, after getting 3 alerts my water was on the way, I got an alert my water was delivered, and it wasn't. Instead they marked it delivered and changed the date to tomorrow. And guess what, it's going to snow tomorrow so there will be no delivery. Just another excuse to bump it another day. I called customer service who says she can see it will be there tomorrow. I don't believe her because she has no idea either. I will be terminating my delivery service after 10+ years as a customer. There are other services in our area. If I could give them zero stars I would!

  Have had Poland Springs “delivering” (I use that term lightly) for a few months now. They constantly change the delivery date for my house so that I will got multiple weeks without water. I will call to inquire as to why and they give you 1 free water bottle the next week, the problem is the next week they never show up again. It is always blamed on the branch having major staffing problems but it just seems to me that they couldn’t manage their way out of a paper bag if their life depended on it. If I could give negative stars I definitely would but I wouldn’t waste your time getting water “delivered” by these guys because you’d have a better chance catching rain water in the desert before these guys showed up.
