  Not very organized. Long wait even for a simple hair cut or a simple wash and blow. Great treatments for ethnic hairs.

  Reaction Salon is the epitome of high quality hair-care, great service and it’s seriously economical. I hate to share, lol, this because the place is already packed most of the time (I sometimes I wish I had the salon all to myself 😊), people deserve credit when credit is due. The salon has a service-system of fairness and efficacy where you write your name on a numbered sticky-label, to wear so that everyone is served based on when they arrived. It is not a science. When the salon gets busy, (so many know it is an awesome place to get your hair done) the ladies seem to do the best they can to get everyone done in a timely basis. If you find yourself waiting and silently unhappy about something at the salon, then you run out to complain, maybe it’s not the right place for you. My daughter and I have been going to this salon for years; we greet other long-time customers and we leave with our hair looking BEAUTIFUL at a great price.’ Nuf said.

  Este lugar es incredible el servicio y el trabajo de todas las muchachas me encanta. Son bien servicial y atenta a lo que uno quiere. Bartola hace unos colores bellos y a buen precio claro que depende del largo del pelo y que grueso sea tu pelo no todo el mundo puede pagar el Mismo precio porque todos tenemos pelo diferente yo lo tengo grueso y pago mas pero vale la pena por el gran trabajo que hacen. Todas saben hacer el pelo bien bonito sea peluca o pelo natural. Ninguna son grocera ni racista lo digo por los comentarios de la algunas personas que lei

  I've been going to Reaction for over five years. Nikki and the girls have taken great care of my natural hair and restored it to great health. They care about their customers and always deal with hair on a individual basis. The owner is a wonderful black woman who knows hair and all hair types well. They give the best services for the best prices. I will continue to go to them and i'm so glad my sister told me about them.
