  Well if I could do no stars I would. First off they canceled the day of my estimate appointment, then left a message I don’t believe I have ever heard from a business. “ we have too much work we can’t do an estimate for you”. WOW! So keep this in mind next time you are looking for a bathroom re-model. Re-bath has too much work!

  Came to the house said minimum they will do project for $30k. Said that nothing could be done in post tension slab house. Very unprofessional people Replying to re-bath: I was open to alternative solution, I asked your staff what they recommend. Their answer was " if you can spend 30k we can build something, but even this will not work properly". I swear, I can talk in person with you and your staff. They should be ashamed.

  Last month I negotiated with Re Bath at a cost of $21,388.00 to redo and upgrade my shower ( not a bath to shower or one that was leaking) and put in two vanities.The price was extremely high.I was under the impression they were tradesman and the work would be of high caliber. On Thursday, they neglected to install the 6 inch mosaic or deco band tile and built the 3 walls without it, straight up. The screw up was monumental. I called Chris and Ramon. Monday and Tuesday of this week they plan to tear down all 3 walls and install it the correct way. This is has been extremely stressful and has pissed me off to no end. There is dust all over our house. We are living out of boxes of tolietries for a week and now it goes on into next week. It was blamed on a " communication" problem. In addition, I was told the mirror would be taken off so that later we could ensure it was butted against the vanities.We even decided on a place to put it. This never happened and now there is a 1 inch space between the vanity and the mirror. The new shower now leaks for several minutes after it is turned off. The vanities are from Bertch USA. When I googled them 7 out of 8 had 1 star. Needless to say, I am boiling. When I contacted the sales guy Ramon Ayres, he said " No Worries" they will fix everything. Incidentally, the small print says their work and the caulking is guaranteed for TWO years. I will follow up with this review when the job is completed. This is December and I have to say the guys at Re Bath did a wonderful job. While we had some problems, they fixed everything even down to giving me an additional check to get my home cleaned. The work is expensive but worth it. The workers are tradesman and they stand by their word. I would definitely use them again. Great experience with this franchise.

  My wife and I had Re-Bath redo our master bathroom. The crew did an awesome job and cleaned up like it was their home. The crew was friendly and explained every step of the process. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We highly recommend Re-Bath to anyone looking to have a bathroom remodeled.
