The Asian female who alleges to be the owner is extremely rude and tactless. I have had a storage unit since October 2015 and never had my payment been late. I had to store my personal belongings because I moved away, temporarily and I returned to LV in December 2016 to look for housing. While in town for four days, I stopped in at RDN because it Dec 3rd and my payment is considered late on the 5th but all I had was a bank card and the Asian woman wasn't present but the Caucasian gentleman who identifies as her husband was there and he informs me that they didn't accept credit card. It was late afternoon on Saturday and they were already closed and I explained to him that I would be traveling the next day Sunday and he told me to just drop it in the mail and as long as it was postmarked by that Tuesday which was the 6th, "there would be no late fee." His exact words. I mailed my payment back on that Tuesday, the 6th and I added a note as I always do with my name, unit number, etc. But I also included in the note that per the gentleman on Dec 3, 2016 if my envelope was postponed by the 6th it would not be late, he even provided me an envelope in case I was still traveling. I send only $30. She, the Asian woman called me once she received the payment to say, "you late and you late you pay more, ten dollar more." I reiterated her husband gave me a grace period apparently because I was in town over the weekend and he told me it would not be late as he inappropriately commented on my breasts. I didn't say the latter to her but conveyed the rest and she began screaming at me, "you late and if late you pay fee in contract." I calmly said, "I understand that but your husband made a concession because I came in to attempt to make payment on time but I had no cash or check, and I was traveling." She continued to yell me, in a very unprofessional manner and as if she had anger issues stating, "people always say they out of town, you late, you pay" and she hung up on me. I called her back, in complete and utter disbelief just to say I cannot believe you hung up on me and are acting so unprofessionally. I asked for the owner's name and contact info. She stated that she was the owner and hung up again. Well her husband told me in Oct 2015, the day I moved my belongings in, they he and his wife only work for the owner and how they luckily obtained the job years ago. Who is telling the truth? Who knows, I researched the Nevada Secretary of State website regarding RDN Mini Storage and there is no information regarding this company. I mailed in the late fee, with an out of state postmark and a notice that I would be coming to move my belongings out and I will warn others to stay away. Wish I could give a zero rating. I mean all of this and I had been a customer paying on time every month for 13 months and she yells at me and hangs up. Complete rudeness and lack of quality customer care.

If I could rate lower than one star I would. My mother and I have had two storage units for over 4 years with RDN, never once was a payment missed or late. Each payment was paid on the 3rd of each month because that was the original agreement due to my mother being paid by Social Security Disability on the 3rd as well. This January the 1st fell on a Sunday, as such the Federal government and its employees were observing it on the 2nd, so banks were closed that Monday as well. The bank paid the bill on the 4th which was within the contract's 3 grave day allotment. I went to storage on the 5th to pick up a walker to help aid someone with walking. The gate code had been changed and I was denied access. I went home to have my mother call and she was met with the owner/manager screaming at her in an unintelligible accent that "you no pay your bill!". When my mother tried to calmly explain that she had, she was again shouted at. I had my mother print the bank statements showing that it had in fact been paid and I brought it to the office where I was then greeted with shouting. I very calmly explained that a medical need was present and that denied access to a storage unit that had been paid for was immoral and illegal. She reluctantly let me in. She has since been rather nasty to myself and mother. Today I removed all of my belongings from both units and gave her written notice of our vacating. She screamed that I did not give proper notice. I explained that we paid for the remainder of the month so we had plenty of time seeing as the policy is 2 day notice. There is more than 2 days left in the paid for month. She then refused to give us a copy of the contract saying we were no longer liable or responsible. In her words, "I no sign nothing for you." She reluctantly gave me a copy and receipt when I made it clear I wasn't leaving without acknowledgement that we had terminated the contract. I will never go there again. She picks through the dumpster for things we've thrown out, her office is made up of my dead father's collectables. She is very unprofessional and I refuse to ever deal with her again.

TERRIBLE!!! Unless you are interested in false agreements, awful customer service, and property damage, store your goods anywhere else... ANYWHERE!!! Here was our experience, step-by-step: 1. Entered into a rental agreement for a single 5'X10' unit. We showed up on moving day with all of our property to find they had gave our unit to someone else. They replaced it with a two door 5'X10' (A pillar in the middle of your unit does not make it easy to move in/out + we had to purchase two locks instead of one. 2. The only way to pay RDN is in person or by mail. This is vey inconvenient for a deployed Air Force member. 3. The male who works there is very pleasant, but the female is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! I have never had to endure someone so rude and disrespectful in my life. 4. When we moved out of the unit, we discovered that everything inside had WATER DAMAGE because of their faulty sprinkler system!!! We are now in the long process of claiming our damages with their insurance. Please... DO NOT store your goods here!
