  I've had my Raynor Office Chair for about 8 - 9 years now. It is the best office chair I have ever purchased, period. The workmanship, design, materials, functionality, durability and usability are incredibly awesome. In addition to the product, the customer service of Raynor is exceptionally outstanding. Not only was the company great with the purchase process, but they have been wonderful in the times I've needed to get additional parts because of wear and tear or for any other maintenance-related matter. Their customer service is impeccable. Initially, the prices of the chairs seem to be exorbitant. But the quality of the product and the service actually are a steal. I highly, highly, highly recommend this chair!

  Raynor goes above and beyond what most people would consider "good" customer service when it comes to taking care of end-users satisfaction. I've had one of the Eurotech office chairs for over 10 years and recently needed a replacement part which they graciously shipped at no charge. Another part of the chair had a problem about 6 months later and they replaced the entire seat. I was simply amazed. They responded quickly and could not have done a better job. Kudos to your customer service team. MM
