  Generally a happy customer for over a decade-how hard is delivering a water tank once a month(for $70 a month I might add-not a bad biz). Delivery guys were always courteous. Recently bought a new home, so when moving out cancelled our service. Had a glitch and now have to move back in old house for a few months.. So less than 30 days after cancelling our service, asked them if they could be considerate of our circumstance & re-up our service for just for a few months. Christy-The office manager responded that they would have to charge a normal service connection fee to hook back up & also since it was a "new account" Corporate would require an 8 month contract. She threw out she could maybe get me a reduced rate. I asked her if she wanted to maybe talk to her boss about my situation. She said she was the boss, rest comes down from "corporate". VERY DISAPPOINTING. Silly me why was I was expecting, "SINCE YOU HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS WE'D LIKE TO HELP YOU OUT!" Guess those days & loyal companies died with our grandparents. I'll let you all decide on whether or not you give them your future business. I know my answer.

  We have monthly delivery of salt for our softener. They have always been prompt and courteous! They have serviced our softener as well as charged the RO system they installed years ago! Easy to schedule service! Been their customer for over 10 years!
