  I was positively surprised with my shopping experience here. I always dread that moment when you walk through the door at a furniture place and expect an obnoxious pushy salesperson to give you a disingenuous welcome, then follow you closely around the store desperate to make a sale. That DID NOT happen here. If you head down to this store, I highly recommend asking for Sam Rajab to be your sales associate. Sam is primarily the reason we had such a great experience at this store and made a purchase. He was personable, professional, and truly cared that we found something we liked that we could also afford. I'm not usually one for writing reviews or requesting a manager to say something positive about a sales experience, but this store and Sam did right by us, so I did exactly just that. I hope my review encourages you give this store a shot, I would not hesitate to go back there again the next time we need quality furniture for our home.

  I will never do business here again. Cancelled my order on 2/9/18. Checked my credit card for the heck of it, to my surprise....the charge is still there. Called immediately (2/23/18) they litetally just cancelled it today. You have to be kidding me!! Now i have to call and dispute the charge otherwise i am subject to interest on my credit card. What a waste of time and resources.Wow!!!

  Marcus and Faith = quality people. The mark of true customer service is putting people before the sale and these people do that.... quality people. I have been to many furniture stores from the so called high end to discount.... the quality of raymour has always been great but the customer service has been 2nd to none. An experience like this made 4 of our friends all switch to this specific location based on my experience. Like I said quality customer service is a mark of good leadership and quality peopl ...   They have good solid furniture. Good quality. Staff is very polite & courteous. Lot of parking. It is to shop. Very clean place. They give 10% to the first time buyers. I am very satisfied shopping there.
