  I showed up Monday morning at 9:00am and waited outside for about 15 minutes. I rang the doorbell a few times but I didn't see anyone in the testing center. Not sure if the staff was late or if the hours online weren’t accurate but if the hours have adjusted, should update them online.

  Edit: after emailing them they responded quickly and addressed my concerns about the swabs. I look forward to returning as I see health and safety is taken very seriously here. I'm very concerned after testing here. While I received my rapid results quickly, I did not like the set up. They have the testing swabs in an uncovered bin already opened. I've had over 50 covid tests done and never have the swabs been unpackaged I won't be testing here again.

  Fantastic personnel at this testing center. The desk agent is calm, patient, and really goes the extra mile to help you get registered quickly. The tester knows how to put you at ease and keep you laughing rather than stressing out. A great experience, highly recommended. Edited to add: If you're travelling internationally, this lab DOES give you the official documentation needed for Covid-test-requiring countries. Not all Chicago testing centers do!
