  0 stars this place is GARBAGE! DO NOT place any orders from these frauds under any circumstances. I’ve been dealing with them since last year. I had a custom range made by RangeCraft, needless to say, I still can’t use it. Rangecraft managed to screw up the measurements 2x. I had to personally drive to their location to pickup and drop off although it was their mistake. Doug at their office even admitted someone there did not weld the range liner correctly. It’s now the summer of 2018 and I still can’t use my liner. So not only did RangeCraft get the measurements wrong the first time; they managed to screw it up a second time. You would think they would at least be a little compassionate about the situation, but they don’t. They have been rude since day ONE. No communication skills whatsoever. Every follow up was a nosebleed. It was like pulling teeth getting an ETA or any type of info. The owner had the nerve to call my husband and insinuate this was our fault. Really? I don’t think so. When you say such a comment and the measurements are in writing that makes you look fraudulent to say the least. I’m not even sure how this place manages to stay in business.

  We had a terrible experience with this vendor. There are others out there you can use that are more professional and punctual. Here is the story: We submitted our original request back in Thanksgiving of last year with the hopes of having our liner and blower installed before the xmas holiday. They missed that window and it was not until February (14 weeks later) until the unit was provided even though they said it would be 6 weeks. After opening the unit, our professional installer indicated that the liner was not correct. This is where the nightmare begins. After speaking with them and promised callbacks multiple times, there was no follow up and no customer support. After several weeks of us chasing them, we drove back to the location and dropped it off. The tech onsite indicated that they made a mistake and we were asked to provide the measurements that were correct so that they could correct it. We provided the information that our installer gave us. After another two months of waiting, we received the unit back, again with an incorrect liner size. As it turns, they did not even correct the liner and when we became upset, the owner of the company contacted us. She was rude, argumentative and not helpful. She did not offer a way forward and basically indicated that she was not interested in helping no matter whose fault. We provided them the measurements of the liner and she kept saying that she was following the manufacturer specifications. I outlined that the measurements we provided her were based on myself and the installer physically doing the measurements but she insisted we were wrong. After the conversation became unbearable, I decided arbitration would be required and terminated the call. In short, we will be returning the faulty liner if they ever call us back to arrange it. We have found another vendor that has done the liner within 4 business days and it will be installed this week. 7 months dealing with Rangecraft and another company had the liner done in 4 short days for a few hundred dollars. Shameful.
