  Went in to get a new Grand Cherokee. I felt super comfortable right away, and never felt pressured at any moment throughout the entire process. From Jessica at reception to Ryan Murphy for sales till Frank Carbone in finance, it was easy all the way through. Not a single stressful moment. We struck a great deal and I drove it home that night. This was by far the smoothest, most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I could not be happier.

  I ventured into Ramsey Jeep because my previous experience at a different dealership was underwhelming to say the least, that and the location is five minutes from my office, so convenience was a nice bonus. Being six months out from the end of my current lease I expected to talk buyout options and maybe compare that to a newer model, then go home. I only wanted my same vehicle, package, etc, and because I love my color so much I fully assumed buying it was the direction I was headed due to it being discontinued last year. Then Justin Santos approached me. He was able to help me understand the drawbacks for buying my vehicle and show me the value in leasing a newer version of my truck, my truck that was over mileage and was a now discontinued color. Justin understood that I did not need to do any deal that night, really any time soon for that matter. Moments later Justin presented an option for leasing a 2018 version of my truck in any color I wanted and wait for it...for sixteen dollars less than my current monthly payment with very little out of pocket. Start to finish, this took just a few hours and I left in the new truck. This is an easy going, knowledgable, and efficient dealership, I’ve basically found my permanent location for future vehicles. Those qualities start with Justin Santos and continue through to the finance team, reception staff, and service.

  I had an issue with the Bluetooth in my alfa Romeo and the service was excellent. They ordered the parts for me and called me when they had them in and made sure to have a loaner car waiting for me. The service was done in one day and it worked perfectly. I didn't have to wait for anything. Amanda was amazing. She treated me like a VIP. Super attentive and caring. I'm very impressed with the quality of the service and attention to customers.

  Bought my first new car here. More than 2 and a half years later and i still love it. I have since bought another new vehicle from a different dealership. I can confidently say that this dealership was easier to deal with. They also offered more free oil changes and services when buying a new car. They were very on top of handling my new plates, i went from having temporary tags the day i bought it to having the official yellow NJ issued plates a week later. The current dealership I am dealing with has yet to get me my new plates and it has been two weeks. This dealership was also extremely helpful on getting the best possible interest rate for me when i had somewhat new credit. I wish I liked dodge trucks, i would have went back there for my truck if that were the case.

  Had a great experience working with Sales Consultant Greg Wilson. Greg is a straight talker who clearly loves his job and knows the vehicles. I have been leasing vehicles since 1999 and can say without hesitation that this was the smoothest and most pleasant car-buying experience I have had to date. Update Feb 2018: Had made a successful previous purchase of a 2018 Grand Cherokee with Greg Wilson. When my daughter needed a Jeep we knew the man to see. Greg helped us select a low mileage 2016 Cherokee Latitude. Greg is knowledgeable and helpful in the selection process. As I mentioned previously, Greg is also a straight shooter who treats his customers like family. Monty Butler seamlessly processed financial paperwork and we were out the door with a great deal!
