::Expensive, small portions served in plastic bowls, soft boiled egg was too soft (the white wasn't cooked, so just ok. There many places in DC with better ramen at a cheaper price.

::Authentic and delicious ramen, plus the occassional okonomiyaki and tsukemen specials. Consistent quality in all my meals here. Try the pork buns too. Vegan ramen on Fridays (and they always sell out). Favorite place in Union Market!

::Best ramen I’ve ever had!

::Best Ramen place in DC, yes better than momofuku and dikiya. Try the bao buns!!

::Some of the best ramen in DC! The broth tastes super legit. You can tell they put in the time to make it just right. In fact, I asked them how long it takes and they said it's a full day. Love the meatiness of this ramen. You've gotta check it out. Definitely get the spice ball. It would be nice if they had their own seating area as sometimes Union Market can be a real zoo, but it's totally worth it. Also would be awesome if they used less plastic in their packaging. Everything is single use so it creates a lot of landfill trash.
