  Not A terrible hotel. It's clean, has a pool and a hot tub, and located a short driving distance from the U of M. However, it doesn't have a microwave in the room I stayed in, there is no breakfast provided by the hotel, and you need a keycard to get anywhere in the hotel. Make sure everyone has a keycard because you need them to use the elevator. If someone takes your keycard thinking that it's theirs from the pool, you're stuck there. I learned that the hard way, and I hope future guests don't have to when they stay here.

  We stayed here when we went to Minneapolis, Minnesota to attend the Super Bowl. Our room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The staff was really friendly. We had a GREAT stay here.

  Stayed there one night. Was charged an extra $10 2 days later for extra tax even though we specifically asked if we owed anything on the room upon check in and check out. Our "king suite" was miserably dark and had splatter stains all over the carpet and curtains. Hot tub was barely warm and make sure you get a room on the top floor or else you'll spend your stay listening to the people above you. When called and asked about the charge "Lindsay" laughs (no joke she actually laughed, great customer service) and says if we want a refund for that $10 she needs another card for payment. Definitely won't be back there and no recommending.

  No parking fees! Breakfast is great for the price! Super clean rooms, friendly staff! It's - 4 degrees so I can't comment on the outside vanity, however inside it's exactly what you want from a hotel. Hotel bar is reasonably priced too.

  I had accidentally left my Bridesmaid dress hanging in the closet after I checked out of the hotel. I called about 3 hours after telling them that I had left my dress in the closet. They told me Housekeeping would give me a call when they cleaned the room. Long story short, they never tried to get back to me and I had to personally show up 3 different times just to get the same answer that Housekeeping will get in touch with me IF they find the dress. This incident happened in the beginning of September. No follow up. It is clear someone of the housekeeping staff stole my dress since it was never reported in their log. I highly recommend going elsewhere. Don't take a chance in case you accidentally leave something there. You'll never see it again.
