  If I could give a -10 to this hotel, I would. We were charged for 10 nights instead of 1, over $900. When they "resolved" that problem, they overcharged us. In an effort to resolve that, we have now been charged over $500....charges post daily. We have to continue to dispute with our credit card company and it continues to happen. Also, when we landed and tried to call the hotel for pickup, they never picked up the phone. The sweet driver from another hotel took us there. DO NOT STAY HERE.

  I must say..I really didn't look at reviews till on our way here. Then my daughter said mom that's the first thing you do ! I was a bit worried after reading the reviews .. I have stayed in many high end Hotels and older Motels and for the the price and being right here close to the air port and free shuttle over for our flight out tomorrow... I have to say I can not find anything wrong with our room nor the staff. The room is very clean ! I check the mattresses and bathroom all clean and plenty of towels for 2. Remote was in the room and newer Mimi frig and microwave both very clean and coffee maker basket stocked. No mold smells or dust build up. Over all I give it 5 also the breakfast area was clean and very roomie.

  The hotel was heavily booked and it did take several hours to get our room, but the staff was amazing and once we did get our room, the king suite, we were very happy. Sure some things are worn, but it's a hotel and tons of people flood through there weekly. Genuinely concerned about their guests and I felt right at home! Thanks for the great weekend! I was actually quite shocked at the current rating... they were phenomenal!

  I may be late at writing this review because I stayed at this hotel almost a month ago. I enjoyed my stay, the people that work there were and is amazingly polite and helpful. I'm extremely grateful to them! Even though the hotel isn't as modern as most others it makes up in their GREAT customer service and Cleanliness. The manager very is nice, helpful and welcoming and that's something that's not seen at other hotels I've been too. I also respect that fact that I always seen Housekeeping cleaning. Keep up the Great work!! I will be coming back to stay with you guy's when I come back in town. Thanks!! Michael from Allegiant Air...

  Rooms are pretty nice, even the cheap room we rented. Breakfast was delicious as well. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the staff. Cleaning crew tried to just walk in without knocking at 8 PM, and the person at the front desk seemed incompetent when we checked in for our stay. Other than that, I will be staying here again next year.
