  This Hotel was disgusting! The room was filthy! The ceiling was falling down in our room, the paint on the walls were bubbling from previous water damage. There was a horrible stench. There was something splattered on the bathroom wall. Ew. And I had a friend that took a shower and then walked on the carpet in the room to grab something and walked back in the bathroom and left dirty footprints on the tile floor. The bed next to the window was broken and slanting down and the head. The hotel room door was bent so it didn't fit tightly in the door frame. The only thing I can say that was good, was the breakfast, friendly management and it was close to our destination, (mile high stadium). The website lies and the room looks nothing like the pictures! Horrible horrible horrible stay! It needs terrible updating!

  This hotel desperately needs updated. Our first room that they sent us to the tv nor phone worked so we had to wait 45 minutes for a new room. We got moved to an outside room which didn’t come with a refrigerator/microwave which was suppose to be with the room. The outside rooms were loud and no sound block from the other rooms or the outside traffic/people. The location is great for what we came for but the price wasn’t worth the hassle or lack of rest from being able to hear everything around us. Won’t be coming back.

  Great service! Most important to me and Carla at the front desk was wonderful and very accomadating. Suzanne behind the bar was amazing, stayed open to make sure we got a drink when getting back to the hotel and was such a pleasure to get to know. Thank you both for the great experience.

  Place was clean. Fast check in/out. I only stayed one night but I slept like a rock. Shower handle was pretty busted but I made it work. Other than the shower I had a good stay.

  I would give a "0" if possible. The worst "Ramada" experience I have ever had. Dirty room with holes in the walls, hastily repaired hole in the ceiling, burn marks on the furniture, dirty sheets, white stuff on the entertainment center. Lights didn't work, water pressure was non existent in the shower, smelled of smoke. We booked 4 nights, stayed 1 (horrible mistake). Staff were rude and extremely unprofessional. Asked for a refund and showed the staff the condition of the room. The staff said they could not give a refund even though we checked out early and went to a much better hotel (Holiday Inn). Don't be deceived, this is NOT a Ramada. Denver PD said this is the worst hotel in the city.
