  I was there for business. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The water pressure and temperature were good. Bed was VERY comfortable. The free breakfast buffet had a nice selection (waffles, bagels, cereal, pastries (delicious!), coffee, juices...) but they ran out of most of the food when I arrived (8am). I was not greeted at all; left my ticket on the table. It is located in a bad area, I would not suggest going outside of the hotel. I was frequently harassed and scared. The hotel needs updating but overall good experience.

  Hotel is fine, basic and sort of old but very serviceable. The only issue I had it was with the shower being extremely fidgety with hot water. One of the cheapest hotels in the area so still worth the price for no frills hosting. One good pkus the have a free shuttle service to union station. Saves a lot of money getting to the airport.

  Clean, safe, incredible staff, inner courtyard/restaurant/ cafe/bar; tables and service. *SEASONAL****pool and hot tub. Office center with 2 computers. Free WiFi. Restaurant/bar, smoking patio open on weekends. Non smoking buildings, but smoking permitted in courtyard and outside. Complimentary breakfast, complimentary shuttle service running many stops leaves on the hour.

  While I lay in bed near midnight, someone started fiddling with the door handle. I figured it was another guest who had chosen the wrong door. To my surprise, it opened. "Hello?" I asked. "Oh!" the voice around the corner sounded surprised. "Who are you?" "I am the guest in this room." "I thought this room was supposed to be empty. What's your name?" "Are you with the hotel?" "Yeah. I thought this room was empty." A pause. "Let me put some pants on and I'll come talk to you." I came out and spoke to the apologetic staff member. It wasn't at all clear what had gone wrong. He left and I went back to bed. Five minutes later, I had a second visitor. It was the hotel security guard. He took me down to the front desk to identify myself. I showed my driver's license. Apparently there was some clerical error. And that is how they handled that. I never realized how disturbing it would be to have a stranger walk into my locked hotel room in the middle of the night, although I'm happy it didn't turn out to be a murderer. I'm not super picky, and for business travel this place seemed like a nice bit of variety compared to the same old Holiday Inn Express. But I don't think I'll come back.

  My husband and I stayed just one night...but we were pleased with the hotel for that purpose. Price was the best in the city. Location of the hotel is close to everything worth seeing in Denver (10 minute drive to many sight seeing attractions). Hotel has an older wild west feel.
