  Great store every employee seems to knows where stuff is.and is nice.Very seldom a wait in line.

  This Ralph's is A-OK. Not great, but not terrible either. Located in the Hillcrest Park Shopping Center, this shopping center is definitely older and in dire need of a total redo. But for what it is able to offer, it offers a decent shopping experience, making this Ralphs my preferred go to lately. I've had some bad service run-ins lately at the Brea Ralphs on Imperial Hwy Route 90. The plus side of this Ralphs location is how close it is to a Ralphs Fuel Center. If you shop Ralphs frequently enough, you can leverage those Ralphs customer loyalty points into fuel discounts. Realistically you could be looking at 20 cents off a gallon, which can sometimes place you to a better price than even the Costco Gasoline stations scattered all over Southern California. As far as the store itself, inside there are all the stations you expect to find in a Ralphs. Front end, bakery, deli, meat/seafood, produce, and a bunch of grocery/frozen aisles in between. With that said, for those of you who come from different Kroger stores like Fry's Food and Grocery (Arizona) or King Sooper (Colorado) don't expect there to be a Home & Garden section or an Electronics section let alone Furniture department. I have my theories why they don't exist in most Southern California Ralph's stores, but let's save that for another time for discussion. All in all, it's a grocery store with decent offerings backed by one of the most lucrative grocery chain names in the USA. The extra star comes from the extra effort Ralphs puts into necessary perks like discounted gas, much-needed renovations and diverse product offerings make this Ralphs attractive to shop at.

  Love coming to the deli at this Ralph’s. The sandwiches are excellent. Good selection of breads, meats, and toppings. Very generous portions too! While your there try some of the fried chicken or other picnic foods like Mac n cheese, potato salad or macaroni salad. Did I mention they also have fresh made sushi rolls!

  I really like this store. It is well stocked, the only thing that somewhat turned me off is a perishable item I had bought to take to a work function and it was 1 year and some months expired. Not only was I embarrassed, but it got me thinking. The staff is great and I really appreciate how management did take the item back the next day, since they were closed after my swing shift.

  This is a store of great people. It is in the middle of a remodel and Starbucks and the employees are quick to offer help. My regular Ralphs is in Temecula. It recently had the whole remodel done with the addition of the Starbucks Cafe. It has become my preferred store to shop. I can see that Ralphs is a higher standard store across the board. I know I can trust this name to offer a great deli, bakery, smiles, and fresh sushi.
