  This place is disgusting!! The management is terrible, the food is even worse, the customer service what customer. Never again!!! You should change the name of this business because it’s nothing like the real Ralph Piccolo’s use to be!

  I love this place i eat here all the time!! But this one day we orderd food to our house and they never came! Sometimes they mixed up the order! They could use better workers. I still like the pizzas! Hopefully in the future they could get better! I ate here for years! Ralph piccolo i know u could do better! Comon!

  Very poor customer service! When I asked a simple question an employee responded very inappropriate towards me and began to argue with me once confronted. I used to tolerate their horrible wings before this incident because the lack of pizzeria's in my area. But now ill just settle for Chinese. Its 3 thumbs down for me!!!

  After ordering consistently for so long and having 3 bad experiences, today was the final straw. The customer service is horrible - the workers simply do not know how to respectfully communicate with customers. I was charged for 2 large pies to a debit card and the delivery man came with 1 pie asking for cash. After calling to straighten it out and dealing with two incredibly rude employees, the frustrated employee offered no solution other than to send the food back with the driver. Needless to say, I will not be ordering again. The food is no one near worth the headache.
