  WORST PLACE EVER. Especially the one girl that’s super ghetto and has no respect. This place has the worse customer service ever. It’s family ran and they all look clueless as far as a simple title question. I highly do not recommend this place. I’m surprise their still in business. They need customer service lessons and more education about dealing with vehicle issues.

  Staff was not helpful over the phone. Could not do something over the phone that another licensing agency was able to do for me. Made the immediate switch.

  I needed something beyond a basic tab renewal or title transfer. They kept telling me I needed to bring in more documentation, but couldn't tell me what they wanted or where to get it. The person I dealt with mumbled and spoke so softly that I couldn't hear her.

  The first time we tried to get our license plates, it was Friday before they opened, and there were already 10-20 people lined up outside, so we left. Next time we tried, it was 3pm on a Thursday, and we only had a 2 minute wait. The employee was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Our only minor quibble is that she didn't ask if we wanted custom plates.
