::Very expensive for less than average food. Poor service. Kept being overcharged for items that were not ordered. I'd give it a 0 star if I could. I also understand why this restaurant chain closed up in my state. Maybe corporate will get wise and change things? Maybe not! Stay away save your money! Plenty of other places to eat on the river walk.

::Initially I gave this place “0” stars! I had visited the Restaurant during Spring Break, waited 3 hours to be seated. I had been told that so that wasn’t a problem. Upon being seated, it took another 30 minutes to get our drinks, 30 more to get our appetizer and another 30 to get our actual food. During this whole time, the original waiter never came back, it was somebody different every time. Food was extremely cold, horrible! I tried telling the manager but she acted like I just didn’t want to pay for it. She saw that nobody ate and the only thing she did was offer us to go boxes and gave us our ticket. I left it alone and decided to call the following day. I spoke to a Manager by the name of Myriam who apologized and offered us to go back whenever we wanted and she would take care of us. I was in town this weekend and decided to call her, she was off but I spoke to another manager by the name of Oscar who looked into it and made our second visit an amazing experience, especially cause it was my daughters birthday. That’s the reason I gave them 4 stars, you don’t see many managers now a days making it right for customers. Oh and also, the youngman that waited our table was outstanding, he deserves a raise!! Thank You!!!

::Stop by here yesterday. The location is great. There are so many people walking around and coming in and out. If you are looking for a quiet place to eat, this is not it. The staff does not really say hello as you're coming in off the street though. Even looking around into the gift shop, was never greeted by the staff. They had a lot of items on clearance but the clearance prices still were not clearance. Check that a bag of candy and the price for the candy was 599 and that same bag should be $2 in a regular store. It is a great place for kids because everything that they sell in the gift shop is kid friendly. It is a very nice looking place with all the animal things lying around.

::Went and had lunch on 4/29/2018 with my family. Enjoyed the food, specially “Lava Nacho,” and the ambiance was totally appropriate for my young daughter. However, the hostess was not very accommodating! We arrived o/a 1100 (maybe 10-15 tables were occupied during this time) and we were seated right away but is was not our preferred table. I asked to be moved but the hostess said we can move to our desired table but that no one would serve us because they were short of staff at the time. Then we offered to come back in 20 minutes when staff was available but the same hostess was not guaranteeing we will have a table. We were going to just walkout and the hostess did not seem to care the possibility of losing our business. Finally, one of the waitresses overheard our conversation and took charge. She offered us to sit anywhere and served us. I hope the manager tells her staff that it’s okay to accommodate reasonable requests by customers. Apologize for forgetting our server’s name but she received a nice tip.

::This place is a really great place for both adults and kids. Mostly your kids will enjoy the environment of the place. It's a rainforest with all kinds of jungle animals! At time it will have the sound effect of a storm which its not too scary, just really great idea. The feel of being in a Rainforest! They were pretty quick for us to get us a table. Our waiter was excellent on serving us and made my children feel great. Excellent food. My kids love there animal cups includes with a toy! They love it so much I was so happy that they have an Amazing great time !Thank you!
