::Dr Finklea is great! She has been treating my daughter, but her office staff is not accommodating. I have been waiting for my daughter's test results, which have been delivered to the office, but will not get the results until the doctor reviews them (understandable). I have waited two days and when I called on the second day I was told by the office staff that Dr. Finklea is out of the office. Requested to have Dr. Rainey review and was given a no. I don't understand why the results were not reviewed if staff were aware that Dr. Finklea was going to be out of the office. It's is stressful to be waiting for results for this long!!! It is so difficult to deal with the rudeness of the office staff that it makes me not want to return to the office or even recommend them!!!

::The care from Dr Finklea is great. I even referred my parents and she takes great care of them as well. However, the billing person who I’ve been trying to get answers from and issues resolved with for months now “Olga” has not been helpful. I even asked to speak to upper management, she informed there was no one else to speak to, but her. Asked if I could get an appointment with doctor to discuss their billing issues, and answer was NO. I am still trying to get answers and have been given the run around over and over again! I am beyond frustrated and feel greatly disappointed how great care from doctors seem over shadowed by less than great customer service from front staff.
