  Do not trust these people. We had very high expectations after reading numerous 5 star reviews but couldnt have been more disappointed with the outcome. We originally had an appt scheduled for 3pm and they called around 2pm to say they would be an hour late. At 4:15pm they hadnt shown up so we called multiple times with no answer. When they finally called back it was to say they had to cancel. The reasoning was that the cleaning crew got caught up at the previous job and it would be too late by the time they got to our place. We tried to explan that we just moved into a new house and had other pending obligations (painting, moving, furniture delivery, etc) but the owner said there was nothing he could do. The best he could offer was a small discount and an appointment another day but we declined. If you are looking for a trustworthy service that follows through on their commitments go elsewhere.

  That was my first time to call this company. I was afraid of something because of they are a brand new company. However, they did it amazing job and my parents was highly appreciate them because of they are senior. We are enough happy to have them. That was very nice person that I spoke on the phone and very nice ladies that they came to house and nicely cleaned my parents house. Thanks again. We'll see you again soon.

  They came out to clean our place, and did a superb job! The walls shine again, base boards are beautiful, and they even cleaned out ceiling fans! I'll definitely call them again!

  Raindrop Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning my house. The professional showed up right on schedule and I didn't need to follow around to make sure my house was cleaned properly. Excellent service, with great prices to match I will definitely use Raindrop Cleaning again. Highly recommended!!!
