  I have never in my life had a worst experience at a retail store. The manager “was not on duty” and the employee who did not help at all refused to provide her name so I could contact corporate.

  You have the rudest employees ive seen teenagers act better than in particular one employee who made me a what you looking at face wheb i glanced over i was shocked how a grown woman could be so imature she was mad cause my 2 year old allegedly was all over the store i understand that but the way she responded was uncalled for she literaly acted like my 2 year old dont shop here id you're Hispanic and have children they will stare you down the whole time and utter under their breath even if you purchase from them cause i regret doing so went to CITI TRENDS right after and got almost the same things for alot cheaper never going back to this rainbow at least.

  Clothes are nice and inexpensive. Only issue was a line at the fitting room with two fitting rooms and sales person said she doesn't normally open the third one. Why have it if you don't let customers use it!
