  I applied at this place and they said they are going to hire me. They asked for a copy of my ID and social so I have it to them for background check, told me that I will start when it clears. It’s been two weeks and still no call about when I start. This place is a scam just to get our informations! Also this place smells straight up like marijuana.

  I’m always greeted when I walk in and the fitting room is always open. But the bras run small and some run big. Must of the pants are not made for someone that is tall. And the lie about the return policy

  I wouldn't even rate 1 star. Rude employees. Went there around 12 noon, got a lot of items to try on, & they said the fitting rooms were closed Mon-Thurs until 3 pm due to being under staffed. Wth is that? I've never heard that before. I then asked them to replace a security tag on a shirt because I wanted to try it on & I took it off a mannequin (the mannequin was wearing the last one in my size). The security tag was pinned on with the shirt being scrunched on the back to fit the mannequin. The employee proceeded to replace the security tag & told me, with an annoyed look on her face, we don't take clothes off mannequins. After that, I just threw all my items in a pile & left. I'm didn't want to spend anymore time there. Talk about losing so much business. Never going back there again.

  I have NEVER written a bad review before.. EVER, but this store in particular is ALL kinds of wrong. There is NO customer service here, NONE!! No one greeted me, girl up front was too busy flirting with the security guard. No one asked if I needed assistance with anything, it's like ghost town in there. I came to shop for a whole new wardrobe; meaning clothes for work, parties, spring clothes, summer clothes etc. I wanted to spend MONEY!!! I found my way to the fitting room to try on all these clothes that I plan to buy. No one at the fitting room. Again, ghost town. Finally found someone and I asked kindly if I can get in the fitting room. She replies, "I can't." Why not, I asked. She than says, "The fitting rooms are closed til tomorrow evening because someone took the keys home." REALLY????!!!! THAT'S YOUR EXCUSE??? TELL THAT PERSON TO BRING IT BACK!!! I've never heard such a messed up story. I've worked in retail before and is common sense to have a back up key, let alone tell that person to bring the key back; it's a JOB!!! How stupid and irresponsible can you be??? You rather lose paying customers by closing the fitting rooms than have an idiot bring the key back?? She had the worst attitude and rolled her eyes when I had something to say about it. That's when I became rude and told her off. I dropped all the clothes I was going to buy and walked out. You lost hundreds there. I will NEVER go back to this store. PLEASE BRING DOTS BACK!!!!!! SCREW THIS STORE.
