  Cheap cute clothes for a quick outfit. They have tons of plus sized tops and bottoms. Good selection of fragrances and make up. I personally like the lipsticks as there are a bunch of matte colors.

  I used to work here, And was forced to leave because of the horrible treatment as an employee. I love rainbow shops as a company! but the management their is so unethical. The dm right away assumed that the reason I was leaving was because I got another job, just because when she called I had said I was on a meeting.. bs that was not the case..which, I had already assumed she would try to come at me fully charged..as she did. Since she's close to the store Mgr, so obviously... I couldn't go to her for complaints .. even when I had left her a letter telling her, HR, and the store mgr herself the reason of me leaving was because of her...the store Mgr.. She didn't respect me as a person or as management, she always was very moody so I had to worry about that too. I always had to ask her permission of decisions I had to make as management while she was off the clock. I was wrong for cutting hours or for saving a few! So ridiculous..I always tried my best on doing what was expected of me trying to go above and beyond. Plus, Soon enough I found out that my position their people didn't last, as third keyholders..and soon I realized why.. They expect so much for such little pay. So be warned!..I made $11hr having prior experience which they didnt count. I just made .50 more than a sales associate. She even went as far as checking my FB profile thinking I was lying because I had sprained my ankle, even when I had given her a doctors note with the clinics phone number. Next, talking behind my back of me and others negatively ..trying to create drama out of nothing, very unprofessional. As an adult, I know there's drama everywhere ..but this was beyond belief .Even as I was getting trained since I only worked there a few months. when I would accidently make a mistake. I was reminded of it constantly, but when they would make a mistake no one could tell them anything.After all, even when doing a good job, management wouldnt give attaboys. Gladly I have proof of this and will be sending this to HR.. even though this might not get them fired for such an unjustice behavior.. Might definitely put in a strike on their behalf. Much better off not working their anymore! such a bad experience and too much going on.

  Cheap clothing. Plus and regular sizes. Tends to run small. Good deals but lower quality of course but what do you expect when the clothes are so affordable? I'd rather buy 5 $5 shirts for variety than one $25 shirt of higher quality that I have to wear over and over.
