  I LOVE their clothes but the people that work there are so freakin rude! After asking if someone could check me out one girl told the other girl to do it and started going back and forth on who would check me out finally one brave soul stepped up just to tell me they credit card machine was down!!!!

  my experience at this location was horrible. the manager and every employee around ignored both my husband and I, I believe this store could be so much better if they hired better employees that actually provided customer service. I hope management does something about this soon.

  The worst customer service the manager seems like she is racist with other than her race. I would like better customer service or at least someone nicer not racist and rude.

  I love the clothes. However, the customer service is completely nonexistent. This store looks like a tornado hit it for the last 2 years! The manager & her side kick are extremely rude! They stay on their phones, don't greet customers, put up misspelled signage, nothing is organized, don't even acknowledge your existence unless you ask which register is open at their disgustingly filthy customer service counter, & when did this place become a daycare?!?. Wish someone would do something about this before it ends up another ghost store of north Tulsa's past.
