::One of the best places to get a sandwich in Seattle. Sadly it is closing in a few weeks. I will truly miss their porchetta sandwich, a mix of pork loin, pork belly and pork crackling with salsa verde on french bread. All of the other sandwiches that I have tried has been great a well and definitely should try there cured meats. Never tried there butcher product, but it looks great.

::Great, fresh sandwich. Didn't have to wait long for our food, and the sandwich was packed full with meat! The meat was tender and the sandwich had a perfect flavor.

::Great food. Meat is top quality. Staff is not friendly at all. The female who rung us up, for our to-go order, made it seem like such a hassle to seperate our two burritos into seperate orders. Took 30 seconds for her to do. Gave us a lecture about how we should tell her to order seperately versus politely explaining it. Again, food is great. Staff, not so much. The epitome of the Seattle freeze attitude. I have a hard time paying money to a place where my experience is not enjoyable.

::Stopped in here for lunch between meetings. Really friendly staff and food was amazing. I had a hot steak sub and a romaine salad. Definitely recommend and I will be back.

::I haven't purchased meat or charcuterie here yet but I did have their breakfast burrito with chorizo. Comes with sour cream and salsa. It's not my favorite breakfast burrito but it's good and it's big.
